MLQJ SERIES-Five-link to soup machine

■ Unique five link design with very good motion trajectory. The arm and spoon are Taiwan's high quality integrated worm gearbox as a secondary drive. Thearm spoons are all driven by the three phase motor reducer of Taiwan Haoxing Die Casting. The motor is equipped with a Japanese made hand releasebrake.

■ The arm and spoon motion control uses the Japanese Koyo absolute encoder for position and control, which greatly improves the speed and positionaccuracy of the am and spoon during the movement. The arm and spoon limit is double-protected by the Japanese Omron photoelectric switch toprevent malfunction.

■ It adopts PLC control of intermational famous brand, Chinese man-machine operation screen, convenient adjustment of various parameters, real-timemonitoring of machine status, and fault alarm display function, which makes operation and maintenance more convenient and quick.

■ The fuselage transmission parts are all imported bearings and self-lubricating bearings, which have extremely high stability, low failure rate and longerservice life.

■ The small arm chain is lubricated with high-temperature graphite powder, which has excellent lubrication effect and ensures the movement precision inhigh temperature environment.

■ The soup machine can be operated semi-automatically orsemi-automatically orfully automatically with other robots of the die casting machine (sprayingmachine, soup machine, conveyor belt). A single person can manage multiple die casting machines.
