MLQJ SERIES-Five-link servo pickup machine

■ Unique five link design with ideal motion trajectory. The arm movement adopts Delta AC servo   Taiwan precision helical gear reduction drive. The armiscontrolled by multiple speeds, the movement is stable, and the cycle time is saved. Realize standby at any position and reduce the pickup cycle time.

■ The gripper adopts a heavy-duty four-gnip structure, which can smoothly pick up the product. The clip finger replacement structure is simple, the applicability is wide, and the adjustment is convenient. The standard diameter is 60MM pinch. If the customer has special requirements, please explainbefore the machine.

■ It adopts PLC control of international famous brand, Chinese man-machine operation screen, convenient adjustment of various parameters, real timemonitoring of machine status, and fault alarm display function, which makes operation and maintenance more convenient and quick 

■ The fuselage transmission parts are all imported bearings and self-lubricating bearings, which have extremely high stability, low failure rate and longer service life.

■ The horizontal movement uses an electric oill lubrication system, which has a very comprehensive lubrication effect, which can ensure the minimum wear of the parts during the movement, and ensure the service life and movement precision of the parts.

■ The pick-up machine can be operated semi-automatically or semi-automatically or fully automatically with other robots (sprayers, soup machines,conveyor belts) of the die -casting machine. A single person can manage multiple die casting machines.
